Our method is really simple (SO SIMPLE, as the slogan impliesin which is available above all, our experience) and can be translated by the following scheme:
- Contact - Received or sent (with presentation of the company);
- Analysis of the specific needs of the potential client - what type of service, date, location, urgency, etc. ...
- Schedule a visit to the site (s) where the goods to move are (when necessary and subject to exceptions - Services price list and effectively of small size), its visualization, surveying the client's specific needs and constraints of access to the site (local);
- Reflection upon the information and data in order to optimize resources to be used and consequently the cost resulting from the service;
- Drawing up a proposal / detailed budget and sending for analysis and acceptance of the potential interested;
- Total availability for questions / discussion of the information contained in the submitted proposal;
- Upon acceptance, the service will be scheduled upon what was previously proposed and accepted
